Your land. Your rules. Your income.

Turn your land into a camping destination

You don't need a luxury resort. A piece of land, basic amenities and a love for the outdoors. That's enough to start hosting campers and earning extra income.

Who can become a host?

If you have land and want to share it with travellers — you're already qualified.

Rural homeowners

A farmhouse with a field, a cottage with a garden — even a quiet corner of your property can work.

Farmers

Agri-tourism is growing fast. Let campers experience farm life while you earn from unused land.

Forest & land owners

A clearing in the woods, a hilltop with a view — nature lovers will pay to sleep there.

Lakeside & coastal

Waterfront land is in high demand. A simple spot by the lake can attract steady bookings.

What do you need to get started?

You don't need much. Here's the minimum that campers expect — and the extras that make them come back.

Essentials: the minimum

Fresh water
A tap, a well, or a water tank — campers need drinking water on site.
Waste disposal
A toilet (even a simple outhouse or dry toilet) and grey water drainage.
Electricity hookup
At least one power outlet for charging devices and basic appliances.
Flat parking area
A level surface where a campervan or caravan can park safely.

Bonuses: stand out

Shower
Even a simple outdoor shower makes a huge difference for multi-day stays.
Sauna
Especially popular in the Nordics and Baltics. A wood-fired sauna is a massive draw.
BBQ / fire pit
A grill area or campfire spot turns a stay into an experience.
WiFi
Not essential for everyone, but digital nomads and families appreciate it.
Pet-friendly
Allowing dogs opens you up to a huge segment of campervan travellers.
Local produce
Eggs, honey, berries, firewood — campers love buying local from their host.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need permits to host campers on my land?
Regulations vary by municipality. In many rural areas of Estonia, hosting a small number of campers on private land is straightforward. We recommend checking with your local government. We can share what other hosts have done.
How much can I earn?
It depends on your location, amenities and season. A simple spot with basic facilities can charge €10-25/night. Better-equipped spots with a sauna or lakeside location can charge €30-50/night or more.
What if I only want to host in summer?
That's perfectly fine. You control your availability. Open your spot for the summer season, block the rest of the year. Many hosts do exactly this.
Do I need insurance?
We recommend checking with your property insurance provider about hosting guests. In most cases, your existing property insurance covers basic liability. For more information, consult a local insurance advisor.
How many guests will I have?
You set the maximum capacity. If you want one campervan at a time for a peaceful experience, that's your call. If you can fit five — list it that way. You're in charge.
Is it free to list?
Yes. No listing fees, no subscription, no commission. We are building the platform and want as many quality spots as possible. Your listing is free.
